meet the photographer
Well, my little story goes something like this ...
I was born and raised in Germany, and my travel bug bit me early. It was while on a European jaunt that I discovered my love for photography. But after I finished school, it was time for my first BIG adventure, Canada. Oh my goodness, it was love at first sight! From Vancouver to Banff, the beauty of the country left me spellbound. This trip taught me how to appreciate nature, people, and cities, and I knew I had to see more. So, I set off on an even bigger adventure to Australia. And that's where I met Angus, the love of my life!
Starting a new life in a foreign land wasn't a walk in the park, but it was thrilling! And now, looking back, I wouldn't change a thing. I am head over heels in love with Australia! The people, the lifestyle, the nature! Nothing more excites me than waking up early in the morning with the birds, to drive down to the beach and just sit there and to enjoy a beautiful sunrise (of course preferred with a yummy coffee in my hand). Or when I get back home late at night from a wedding and get out of the car and you are surrounded by the most amazing sky and you just want to enjoy the moment in silence and watch the stars!
And that's why I adore being behind the camera. I get to capture the precious moments in life and meet incredible people with their unique stories. I want to take my couples on an unforgettable journey and tell their love story, capturing every unplanned moment and emotion of love and happiness. The excitement of a wedding is something that should never be forgotten, and I feel blessed to be part of that special moment.

Finally, 2019 came around and we jet-setted off to New Zealand, ready for an adventure! We hooked up with the amazing Brogan from Kiwi Captures Photography who snapped some truly breathtaking shots of us. The cherry on top? Riding a helicopter up into the mountains! Even though heights make me a bit wobbly, it was an experience I'll never forget.
And then, the universe blessed us with the greatest news of all - we were expecting a bundle of joy! Fast forward to January 2020, and our little munchkin, Anton, made an entrance into the world. As a proud mama, my heart is bursting with joy!
